All commissions are assumed to be for personal use; any commission work used for branding, monetized content, or commercial use must be arranged beforehand and is subject to commercial rates on a case-by-case basis.

Final product is strictly for PERSONAL NONCOMMERCIAL USE ONLY. Do not edit/sell/profit/ claim final product. (unless agreed otherwise)
I retain all rights over the completed commission/artwork: which allows me to redistribute for self-promotion, post online or use as examples for my portfolio. However, if requested, I will withhold from posting.
Please credit and link back to my Twitter whenever posting/using the artwork online.
Commercial use of my artwork on monetized platforms (youtube, twitch, etc.) will have additional fees.
My art CANNOT be minted as an NFT (Non Fungible Token). No exceptions.
Payment will be made through PayPal Invoice. Please discuss with me for other payment options.
Payment must be sent in FULL before I begin your commission.
If requesting a Paypal chargeback at any point, you will lose rights to the commissioned piece. The chargeback will be declined and I will provide Paypal with documentation of client conversations as proof of evidence of agreement to refund terms.
You may request status updates at any point in time. I will send an initial sketch for your approval!

1) Which commission type you want, and if add-ons are wanted as well
2) Any details/notes you'd like for me to keep in mind
3) References/inspiration! If you're not particular about the details, I'll work with you to create a piece that you'll love :)
4) I will then review your order, give you a price estimate, and then send an invoice via Paypal.

I only accept commissions through my google form link, which is posted here, twitter, and tumblr.✦ Payment
I accept commission payments upfront only, via Paypal.✦ Completion Process & Revisions
After accepting your payment, I will provide updates to your commission as I work, and you are welcome to ask for small edits to the piece as it progresses. I will only allow for three piece-altering edits before additional charges occur. Piece-altering edits include changing the major characters, settings and topic of the piece.✦ Delivery & Posting
Once your commission is complete, I will message it to you directly, and post it to my social media accounts afterward. If you do not wish to have your piece posted, please state so on your commission form.✦ Cancellation Policy
Depending on when in the process you cancel, there will be fees. If you cancel before the initial payment is made, there is no charge. If you cancel during the sketch phase of your piece, I will refund you 80% of your payment. If you cancel while I’m in the rendering process of your piece, I will refund you 50% of your payment. You cannot cancel when the piece is in its final edits phase of completion.✦ FINAL WORDS
